Concept Machine & Tool, Inc. was established in 1993 and in sixteen (16) years of business has achieved growth by supplying our customers with quality and cost effective precision machined parts, tools, fixtures, gages, special machines, weldments, prototype work, assemblies and maintenance repair and rebuild of gearboxes, hydraulic units and assemblies.
We have a wide range of CNC capabilities including turning, vertical and horizontal milling. Our manual capabilities include milling, grinding, turning (with large capacity), DeVlieg jig mill and stamping. We have thread rolling capabilities up to 5.5 inches in diameter. We have a modern 22,000 square foot facility, with crane capacities to 20 tons.
We offer machinery and assembly maintenance repair/rebuild services for normal and emergency situations. We are able to duplicate and/or reverse engineer worn-out or broken parts. We pick up and deliver remanufactured assemblies upon request.
We are ISO 9001:Certified. Our Quality Department brings extensive inspection experience to our operation. We have substantial inspection capability with our Brown & Sharp Gage 2000 P CMM, which includes the Statistical Software we use for SPC and Process Capability Studies.
We can be contracted via telephone, fax or e-mail, which you can attach prints for quoting. If you wish to e-mail us prints, please do so in the AUtoCAD format of .dwg or .dxf, Acrobat .pdf format or if they are scanned, we can read them in the .tif format.
